Delete your account
You can permanently delete your BondBeyond account and the personal data associated with it from inside the app or by sending us a request.
Delete in the app
- Open BondBeyond and sign in.
- Open your profile and go to Settings.
- Select Delete Account.
- Review the warning and confirm Yes, delete account now.
For security, the app may ask you to sign in again before completing deletion.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email contact@diapp.tech from the address connected to your BondBeyond account. Use the subject “BondBeyond account deletion request.”
We may ask for limited information to verify that you own the account. Do not send your password, payment-card information, or identity documents unless we specifically explain why they are required and how they will be protected.
What happens next
Deleting your account removes access to the account and deletes or anonymizes associated personal data from active systems, subject to data we must retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute-resolution, or technical backup purposes. Information may remain in backups for a limited period before it is overwritten.
Deleting your BondBeyond account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel an active subscription separately in your Apple or Google account settings to prevent future renewal.
