Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the BondBeyond mobile application, website, and related services (together, the “Services”). They form an agreement between you and DIAPP LTD (“BondBeyond”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. You agree to provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, transmit, format, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and provide the Services you choose to use.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit content, including content concerning another person. Pairing or sharing features may make content visible to your partner, coach, community members, or other intended recipients. You are responsible for choosing what to share.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Services to violate law or another person’s rights; harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, or deceive anyone; distribute unlawful, abusive, or infringing content; interfere with security or operation; attempt unauthorized access; scrape or reverse engineer the Services except where law expressly permits it; or use automated systems in a way that burdens or abuses the Services.

We may review, restrict, or remove content when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with law, or maintain the Services.

AI features and relationship coaching

BondBeyond includes automated and AI-powered features. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate and should be evaluated using your own judgment. BondBeyond is an educational and relationship-support tool, not a substitute for professional therapy, medical or mental-health care, legal advice, or emergency services.

If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource. Do not rely on the Services for emergency intervention.

Subscriptions, trials, and payments

Some features require an in-app purchase or automatically renewing subscription. The price, billing period, trial terms, and renewal information shown before purchase form part of these Terms. Purchases made through Apple or Google are processed and managed by the applicable store and are also subject to its payment, cancellation, and refund rules.

Unless you cancel through your store account before renewal, an automatically renewing subscription will renew and the store will charge the applicable payment method. Where required by law, we will provide notice of material price changes. Statutory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.

Third-party services

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party platforms. Their own terms and privacy policies govern their services. We are not responsible for third-party services, but nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Service changes and availability

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may release updates needed for security or compatibility. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We will take reasonable steps to give notice when a material change adversely affects paid Services, where practicable and required.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using BondBeyond and delete your account at any time. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if you materially or repeatedly violate these Terms, create risk or harm, or if required by law. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to appeal or correct the issue.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties that may lawfully be excluded. We do not promise that using BondBeyond will produce a particular relationship, health, or wellbeing outcome.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, DIAPP LTD will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of business, or loss caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If you are a consumer, you retain all mandatory rights and remedies under applicable consumer law.

App-store terms

If you downloaded BondBeyond from Apple’s App Store, Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the app or its support, except as required by Apple’s applicable store terms. Apple and its subsidiaries may enforce provisions that benefit them as third-party beneficiaries. Your use must comply with the applicable app-store rules.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, this choice does not remove mandatory protections or rights to bring proceedings available under the law of the country where you live.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services, law, safety, or business practices. We will post the updated Terms here and revise the date above. If changes materially affect your rights, we will provide additional notice where required.
