Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 15, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how DIAPP LTD (“BondBeyond”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and discloses personal information when you use the BondBeyond mobile application, website, and related services (together, the “Services”).
DIAPP LTD is the data controller for personal information processed to operate BondBeyond. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Services.
Information we collect
Depending on the features you use, we may collect:
- Account and profile information, including your name, email address, user ID, age, relationship status, preferences, and profile details.
- Content you choose to provide, including messages, prompts, answers, notes, feedback, photos, and information you share with a partner, coach, or community feature.
- Relationship and wellbeing information that you voluntarily enter. Because users may discuss personal topics, this content may reveal sensitive information.
- Device and technical information, such as IP address, device and operating-system details, language, identifiers, diagnostic data, and app activity.
- Approximate or precise location and access to device features such as notifications, photos, camera, contacts, or calendar, only when the relevant feature requires it and subject to your device permissions.
- Subscription and transaction information supplied by Apple, Google, or our subscription-management providers. We do not directly store complete payment-card details.
How we use information
We use personal information to create and manage accounts; pair partners; provide questions, games, coaching, community, reminders, and other requested features; personalize the experience; process subscriptions; respond to support requests; maintain safety and security; detect abuse; analyze and improve the Services; communicate service updates; and comply with legal obligations.
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on one or more lawful bases, including performance of our contract with you, your consent, compliance with law, and our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the Services. Where special-category information is involved, we rely on your explicit consent or another basis permitted by applicable law.
How we share information
We may disclose information to service providers that help us host, secure, analyze, support, advertise, and operate BondBeyond; to Apple, Google, and payment or subscription platforms for purchases; to AI service providers for the features described below; and to authorities or other parties when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
Information you intentionally share through partner, coach, or community features is visible to the people or audience indicated by that feature. We may also disclose information in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.
AI-powered features
BondBeyond uses third-party AI service providers, currently including OpenAI and Google, to generate coaching responses and related features. When you use those features, we may send the content needed to respond—such as prompts, chat messages, profile context, images you choose to share, user ID, age, or relationship status—to those providers or process it through our backend services.
AI output may be inaccurate and is not professional medical, mental-health, legal, or emergency advice. More information is available in our AI Transparency Notice.
Analytics, advertising, and communications
We may use analytics and diagnostic technologies to understand feature use, app performance, and errors. Where enabled, advertising partners may process device identifiers and activity to measure or personalize advertisements, subject to applicable consent and device controls. You can control tracking, notifications, and certain permissions in the app or your device settings.
We may send transactional messages needed to operate your account. Where permitted, we may also send marketing communications; you can unsubscribe using the link in the message or by contacting us.
Couples Connection Check (our online quiz)
When you take the Couples Connection Check on our website and enter your email address, we keep your email address, your answers and your result, whether you ticked the box to receive occasional ideas (and the exact wording you agreed to), and basic technical details: your type of device, browser language and time zone, approximate country, and how you reached the page (for example, the website or ad that linked to it). If you leave before entering your email address, we don’t save your answers on our servers.
We use this to show you your result and email it to you, which is the service you asked for. We only send you other emails, such as occasional ideas for your relationship, if you ticked that box, and you can unsubscribe at any time. If you unsubscribe, we also delete your quiz details. Your partner never sees your answers or your result. We don’t sell your quiz details or share them with anyone for their own use.
On the quiz pages we use Google Analytics only if you tap Accept on the cookie banner. When you accept, it records which answer you chose for each question and your result, but never your email address or name. It is not used for advertising. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the quiz pages.
We keep your quiz details until you ask us to delete them. If you delete your BondBeyond account, we also delete the quiz details saved under that account’s email address. To ask for deletion, email bondbeyond.couple@gmail.com, and we will do it within 30 days.
Retention and deletion
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, keep your account active, meet legal and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the Services. Retention periods vary by data type and purpose. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer required, unless the law permits or requires longer retention.
You can delete your account from the app settings or request deletion using the contact methods below. Some information may remain temporarily in backups or be retained where legally required.
International transfers
Our providers and systems may process information outside your country, including in the United States and United Kingdom. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as adequacy decisions, contractual protections, or another lawful transfer mechanism.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; opt out of certain advertising, sales, sharing, or profiling; and complain to a data-protection authority. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
To make a request, email contact@diapp.tech with the subject “BondBeyond privacy request.” You can also follow our account-deletion instructions. We may need to verify your identity or authority before fulfilling a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
Security and data breaches
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a breach occurs, we will investigate and notify affected people and authorities when required by law.
Age requirement
BondBeyond is intended only for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly permit children under 18 to create accounts. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy as the Services or applicable laws change. We will post the revised version here and update the date above. Where required, we will provide additional notice in the app or by another appropriate method.
